Really, my most important responsibility is to invite the right people to affiliate with W Real Estate. As the Regional Manager I search for people who are interested in achieving personal goals that match the unique culture within W Real Estate. I am searching for independent agents who already are, or desire, to become "A" players. Helping to build an ambitious office with a united spirit that will allow all stakeholders to build on their strengths and explore and improve in areas they find a challenge. The willingness to meet challenges and take some risk provides for growth and achievement of personal and company goals.

I have helped hundreds of real estate professionals achieve their personal and professional goals. Speaking from personal experience, no other brand or real estate company will do what W Real Estate does. W Real Estate does more to offer help to newly affiliated associates to quickly operate from a position of confidence and strength. A native of Sonoma County, I have participated as an independent sales associate and branch manager in hundreds of local real estate transactions and have experienced a wide range of markets.
