It’s all about getting in front of the customer. Sales Associates are not just helping a customer buy or sell a home. They are helping them achieve their hopes, dreams and goals. Each of them brings a unique prospective and set of personal life experiences to the table. You can find a unique way to really connect with your customers. Whether you are nurturing long-term relationships or meeting a customer with an immediate real estate need, you should create an opportunity for contact and then deliver a strategy that helps your customer achieve their desired result. Relationship networking is the foundation for success in this business. Through education, I can help you develop your value proposition and unique skill set, one step at a time.
I was educated, encouraged and placed in an environment of success. I know what it is like to be new and I also know what it is like to be at the top of your game. A native of Sonoma County, I have participated as an independent sales associate and branch manager in hundreds of local real estate transactions and have experienced a wide range of markets. I have helped to lead, education, and recruited hundreds of real estate professionals. I can lend a unique and familiar perspective to what it means to be part of the Coldwell Banker brand.
